Matrix Size: 7” by 6”, Fish Length: 3.7”, Weight: 1.5 lbs
This is an extinct fresh-water ancestor of the modern herring. The fish has been sealed with a clear preservative but its color has not been enhanced. A small stone is cemented to the back to make this piece free-standing.
